Leisha Cadwallader serves as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency since March 2020, where focus lies on developing cost-effective benefit and total reward programs for middle market companies. Additionally, Leisha holds the position of Southwest Region Chair for the Growth in Relationships & Opportunity for Women (GROW) Colleague Resource Group, dedicated to enhancing the professional development of female associates. As the President and Founder of Women With Promise, a Dallas-based non-profit organization, Leisha provides support to women and children in need through financial resources and mentorship. Furthermore, Leisha chairs the LINKS Exec HR Networking Group, which connects senior HR professionals in the DFW area. Prior experience includes vice presidential roles in employee benefits at IMA Financial Group, McGriff, Seibels and Williams, and Willis. Leisha is an alumnus of Texas Christian University, having studied at the M.J. Neeley School of Business.
