Deepashree Vaideeswar is currently pursuing dual degrees in Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Programming at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology, both expected to be completed in 2024. Deepashree holds the position of Head of PR at Women in Open Source since August 2021 and has been an intern at The Girl Code, along with being a Resources Team Member at Scholarship Track, both also since August 2021. Additional roles include being a WE Scholar at TalentSprint since April 2021, and a member of Women Techmakers Hyderabad and AnitaB.org since February 2021. Deepashree previously worked as a Content Management and Research Intern at the GirlScript Foundation and has also participated as a student in the Code in Place program.
