Sofia Bakirli serves as an Associate Dean at EU Business School and holds various roles including Interim Associate Dean and Academic Quality and Subject Coordinator. In addition, Sofia is an IPL Expert at UNESCO, a Business Mentor for both PWN Global and Women On Top, and has been a University Lecturer and Research Supervisor at EU Business School since 2018, focusing on HRM and Communication courses. Sofia also works as a Research Advisor for Harvard Business Review, and serves as a Module Leader at the University of Derby and a Student Mentor at the University of Roehampton. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from European University Cyprus, alongside multiple degrees including a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School, Sofia has a robust educational background and extensive expertise in academia and business consulting.
