Cassidy Mullins serves as Vice President of Operations and Account Supervisor at MindShare Strategies, Inc. since April 2021, managing Customer Experience and operations for key accounts such as the Women In Trucking Association and Food Shippers of America. Previously, Cassidy held roles as Account Executive and Project Manager, focusing on marketing campaigns, membership support, and event management for non-profit associations in the transportation sector. Prior experience includes positions at KeepTruckin as Senior Sales Development Representative, and at ServiceSource as Renewal Sales Specialist, consistently achieving top performance metrics. Cassidy began the career in the service industry with various roles in restaurants, complemented by an internship at the American Red Cross. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Western Kentucky University.
