Dan Zhou is a cofounder and CTO of Formative Search Partners, a leading executive search firm specializing in Go-to-Market strategies since 2014. In addition to this role, Dan serves as a Venture Partner at CoFound Partners, a venture capital fund focused on supporting founders in underserved markets. Previous experience includes positions as a Trading System Engineer at Hutchin Hill Capital and a Software Developer at Citigroup, where foundational systems for trading were developed. Dan also contributed to Invite Media's platform for automated display media purchasing prior to its acquisition by Google. Early career roles included internships as a Quantitative Risk Analyst at Group One Trading and a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Dan holds a BSE in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2009.
