Julia Middleton currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Equality Now and is the Founder of Women Emerging, roles held since March 2024 and December 2019, respectively. Julia has been a Trustee at Alfanar, an Arab Venture Philanthropy Organisation, since October 2005. From October 1989 to January 2019, Julia was the Founder and Chief Executive of Common Purpose Charitable Trust, which became one of the largest leadership development organizations globally during Julia's nearly 30-year tenure. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 1980, and has a longstanding educational background in French institutions.
