Ola Lawal has extensive experience in both the performing arts and educational fields. Since June 2001, Ola has been a professional actor and teacher at WOMBWORK PRODUCTIONS, INC. Additionally, Ola served as an Employment Specialist at Creative Options Inc. from March 2016 to October 2018. Ola holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Rehabilitation Counseling from Coppin State University, obtained between 2006 and 2015, a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, earned from 1997 to 2001, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology, attended from 1999 to 2000.
