Eduardo Jara Arnal currently serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at WOM Chile, overseeing Government Affairs, Regulation, Compliance, Legal Affairs, and Sustainability teams. With extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors, Eduardo held various leadership roles at Aramark from 2009 to 2023, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel - International, where responsibilities encompassed legal matters across 18 countries and a significant business portfolio. Prior positions include Vice President Operational Excellence for Latin America and Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Latin America, among others. Eduardo's legal career began at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Eduardo holds an LLM from Columbia Law School, a Corporate Governance certificate from Columbia Business School, and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, in addition to a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Chile.
