Ray Idiculla has over two decades of experience in project management, operational excellence, and customer loyalty within notable organizations. Currently serving as VP Corporate Program Assurance at Wolters Kluwer since June 2007, Ray established a corporate function to enhance project management maturity globally. Previous roles at Wolters Kluwer include VP PMO Strategic Programs, where Ray led the Project Management Office for a technology transformation initiative, and VP Operational & Customer Excellence, focused on business transformation using Lean Six Sigma. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Ray worked at GE Healthcare in various leadership positions, including Customer Loyalty Leader and Global Quality Compliance and EHS Leader. Ray holds an Executive Development Program certification from The Wharton School and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University, along with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
