Dave is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, financial oversight, and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2010, Dave held various Outside Plant and Central Office non-management and management technical roles in his 32 years with GTE and Verizon. Dave brings to Woltcom extensive training and experience in the area of broadband technology.
