Riikka Fredriksson currently serves as the Global Head of People at Wolt, where responsibilities include overseeing people processes for the Retail business across over 20 countries, focusing on strategic organizational planning and creating learning opportunities. Prior to Wolt, Riikka worked at Posti Group Oyj as the Head of Employee Experience, leading transformational initiatives and competence development within the organization. Riikka also held the position of Senior Manager Culture & Capabilities at Posti, implementing cultural initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and customer experiences. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at BTS, focusing on strategy implementation and human resource development, as well as an Assistant position at the Helsinki School of Economics. Riikka holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) from Helsinki School of Economics and a vocational teacher education degree from Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Riikka participated in an Erasmus exchange program at EM Strasbourg Business School.
