Steven Beggs is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and change management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Wolseley Canada Inc. since September 2019, Steven has held various leadership roles focusing on talent management and strategic learning initiatives across multiple organizations. Prior experience includes positions at L3Harris Technologies as Manager of Learning & Development, AIcubed as Principal Consultant, and D+H as Director of Learning and Change Management. Steven's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces, where Steven held the rank of Captain. Steven holds multiple degrees, including an M.A. in War Studies and a B.A. in Economics and Commerce, and has completed executive education programs in strategic agility and adult education.
