Hayley Schultz is an experienced professional currently serving as a Waste Education Officer at Wollongong City Council since July 2022. Previously, Schultz held various roles, including Chef and Kitchen Manager at Moore Street General, where responsibilities included menu development, kitchen management, and waste minimization. Schultz has also worked in event coordination and menu planning, overseeing breakfast kitchens and catering for special events. As a Marketing and Events Officer at Edible Kids' Gardens, Schultz managed community engagement projects and coordinated immersive event spaces. Additional experience includes a Communications and Marketing Assistant role at the Actuaries Institute and content production for Vooluu.com LLC.
