Frank DeMaio has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Frank is currently the Director of IT Manufacturing Operations at Wolfspeed, where they oversee information technology for manufacturing operations and implements processes for new manufacturing tools. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Services Delivery at cb20, managing a team of Support Engineers and implementing new KPIs to drive performance. Frank also worked as the Director of Managed Services at Zones, LLC, and before that, as the Director of Service Desk at nfrastructure, where they supervised and managed a large team responsible for various IT services. Earlier in their career, Frank held various roles at KeyBank, including Assistant Vice President for Capacity Management, Efficiency and Strategy Analyst, and Application Performance Management. Frank also worked as a Network Operations Center Shift Manager and Team Leader. Frank's experience includes troubleshooting network issues, managing operations, developing KPIs, and building teams. Frank has also worked as a Senior Network Administrator at Cranesville Block Co., Inc. and as a Telecommunications Engineer Contractor at KeyBank through Tek Systems. Overall, Frank has a strong background in IT management, operations, and service delivery.

Frank DeMaio obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, they received a Regents Diploma from New Paltz Senior High School and graduated from there in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Frank DeMaio has obtained several certifications, including Jamf Certified Associate, Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan School of Management, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL Service Design (ITIL-SD), ITIL Service Operation, Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL Foundation Level.
