Taryn Frias is an experienced registered nurse and clinical adjunct educator with a diverse background in pediatric and medical/surgical nursing. Since January 2019, Taryn has been working at Wolfson Children's Hospital and has also held a position as a clinical adjunct educator at Baptist Health since January 2022, where responsibilities include preparing policy reviews and conducting high-fidelity simulations for new graduate nurses. Taryn's experience as a travel registered nurse at Children's Health involved adapting quickly to new environments and caring for critically ill children. Previous roles include providing direct patient care at Baptist Health, tutoring nursing students at the University of Pennsylvania, conducting research, and gaining foundational experience as a nurse extern and aide. Taryn holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Education from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.
