David Chan serves as the Executive President and Chief Financial Officer of Lanvin Group since November 2017, overseeing a leading global luxury fashion brand portfolio. Concurrently, David holds the position of Global Partner at Fosun Group, a major investor in China, and has been a member of YPO since March 2023. Additional board roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Wolford, Board Member at Sergio Rossi and LANVIN, and Board Member at St. John Knits. David previously held significant positions at Cirque du Soleil, Fosun's China Momentum Fund, and Alcentra Capital Corporation. An alumnus of Emory University, David earned a BA/BS in Economics and Mathematics.
