Lauren Wiedmeier is an experienced HR and legal professional currently serving as Head of HR and Legal at WolfCycle since August 2023 and as an HR and Legal Consultant for startups and small businesses since May 2023. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Subject, where Lauren launched the company’s first talent business planning exercise and managed performance cycles, and similar roles at Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves, focusing on organizational effectiveness, diversity strategies, and employee development. Earlier experience includes HR Business Partner at the Los Angeles Rams, where Lauren oversaw talent strategy and process efficiencies, and Account Executive with the Los Angeles Kings, managing community relations and hockey development. Lauren holds a JD in Entertainment Law from Southwestern Law School and a BS & BA in Biology and English from Boston College.
