Eric Jones started their work experience in 2008 at Uptime IT Systems, where they held the roles of Account Manager, Field Engineer, and Network Administrator. Eric worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Wolf Consulting LLC as a Field Consultant, and later became a Project Manager in January 2019. Eric is currently working in that role.

Eric Jones graduated from Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Information Systems Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate in April 2020 and MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified in September 2018.
