Joe Dickson is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic and sustainable supply chains. Currently serving as a Board Member at Carnation Farms and Founder & Principal at Lot 49 Advisors, Joe provides guidance to retailers, brands, and non-profits on mission, purpose, and standards. Additional roles include Senior Associate at Wolf & Associates, Inc. and Strategic Advisor at Radicle Science, with board membership at Pennsylvania Certified Organic. Joe co-founded Merryfield, PBC, where responsibilities included leading quality standards and policy. Joe has also contributed as an advisor to JuneShine and owned and farmed at HIGHROCK RANCH, LLC. Joe holds a BS in Cognitive Science from Vassar College.
