Barry Dorans is an experienced attorney and partner at Wolcott Rivers Gates, having been with the firm since 1984. In this role, Barry focuses on civil matters related to businesses, including civil litigation, corporate formation, business ownership and transition, and business valuation. Barry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a JD from William & Mary Law School. Throughout the career, Barry has been involved in both litigation and corporate law.
