Michael Ballard has extensive experience in facilities management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Facilities and Support Services at Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care since March 2022. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at the Royal Horticultural Society from 2007 to 2018, including strategic management of facilities across various locations and overseeing operations at the RHS Garden Wisley Site. Earlier career stages included positions as Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Tussauds Attractions Limited and Electrical Foreman at Tussauds Limited, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance and management of engineering teams. Michael's career inception as a self-employed electrical contractor involved significant projects in the South Coast region spanning over a decade.
