Jean-Fran?ois Collobert started their work experience in 1988 as a Promotions Specialist in C?te d'Azur, France. Jean-Fran?ois then held various roles in marketing, sales coordination, and national accounts management at Pernod Ricard. In 1996, they became the Managing Director of Spirits Partners. From there, they took on roles such as Business Development Manager for North America and Japan, International Director, and Presidente & Director Ejecutivo in Venezuela & Colombia. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of Portugal before leaving Pernod Ricard in 2017. In 2019, they became the Owner & CEO of WOK TO WALK Miami. Additionally, since 2011, they have volunteered as a French Foreign Trade Advisor appointed by the French Prime Minister.

Jean-Fran?ois Collobert obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. In 2013, they completed a Leadership Excellence program at INSEAD. Jean-Fran?ois also holds a certification as a ServSafe Manager, which they obtained from ServSafe Certified in March 2020.
