Nikki Gabriel has worked as Operations Manager at Woflow since January 2022. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at TaskUs from May 2020 to January 2022 and a Team Leader from February 2019 to April 2020. Before TaskUs, Nikki worked at Convergys as an SME and Transition Lead from January 2018 to February 2019, and as a Team Leader from November 2014 to February 2019.

Nikki Gabriel's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Saint Louis University (PH) to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.

After working for a period of time, Nikki decided to further their education and in 2017, they returned to Saint Louis University (PH) to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their focus remained in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. This program lasted until 2020, marking the completion of Nikki Gabriel's education journey to date.
