Karen Atty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Communicator, where they handled administrative tasks, graphic design, and campaign management. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Management Associate and Marketing Assistant at EREVAN BENIN, additionally working as a Management Control Intern for a brief period. In 2017, they joined LogMeIn as a User Services Representative. In 2019, Karen became a Program Assistant at Northeastern University's Corporate & Professional Learning department and later worked as an Information Analysis Summer Tutor at Northeastern's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. Karen then became a Venture Consultant at IDEA: Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator. In 2020, Karen co-founded CleavePay and also provided Startup Consulting services. Karen joined NEXT Music in 2021 as a Manager of Operations and Process Improvement but left the role later that year. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Operations Manager at Woflow.

Karen Atty has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Karen earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from the National School of Applied Economics and Management in 2015. In 2017, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Following this, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University between 2018 and 2020, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Karen obtained a certification in "Value Creation: The Carlson-Polizzotto Method" from Coursera in September 2020.
