Sonia Fernandez Nogueras has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sonia has worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Woffu since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Team Lead and Project Manager at Meetmaps from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for guiding and analyzing the team, as well as onboarding and assisting customers. Sonia also worked as a Customer Success Account Manager at Blueliv in 2022, where they handled onboarding, training, and account follow-up for cybersecurity customers. From 2020 to 2022, Sonia worked as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Trusted Shops, focusing on onboarding, training, and account follow-up. Additionally, they have experience as a Customer Service Team Lead and Project Manager at Futbolmania from 2016 to 2020, where they managed and trained a team, and implemented CRM software. Prior to that, Sonia worked in various sales and customer service roles at Epsilon, Restaurant La Porte帽a, and Vives Shoes.

Sonia Fernandez Nogueras began their education at College Escoles Freta (Calella), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from 2007 to 2009. Sonia then went on to attend Universitat de Barcelona, where they graduated with a degree in Criminology in 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Sonia obtained a certification in Psychology Criminal y lenguage no verbal from Academyformacion in July 2019. Sonia also obtained a certification of language proficiency (CEFR equivalent: B2) from What's Up! Living English in April 2019. Additionally, they earned a Certificado en Introducci贸n a la Gesti贸n y resoluci贸n de Conflictos: La Mediaci贸n from Instituto Altos Estudios Universitarios en Abierto (IAEU) in September 2018.

Looking ahead, Sonia has plans to pursue a M谩ster Universitario in Intervenci贸n Interdisciplinar en Violencia de G茅nero with a Diploma en Agente de igualdad from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia starting in 2023 and finishing in 2024.
