Marta Badia Roig has worked for several companies since 2011. Marta began at Martbert mobiliario as Comercial, Administrativa y Community manager, where they provided personalized customer service in person, by email, chat, and telephone, as well as creating custom interior design projects and providing post-sales follow-up. In 2015, they held an internship at VALUA TRAVEL, where they managed CRM, customer contact, survey creation, order management, and product creation. In 2016, they worked at Real Club de Polo de Barcelona as Front Desk Staff. Since 2017, they have been with Woffu, where they have held the roles of Head of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Specialist.

In 2015-2016, they obtained a Financial management degree from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding. In 2017, they obtained a WSET level 1 - Outlook Wine degree from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Marta also obtained a WSET level 2 - Outlook Wine degree from Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
