Carla Mercurio has over fifteen years of experience in the field of account management and marketing. Carla began their career in 2001 as an intern at Success Communications Group. In 2002, they were promoted to Marketing & Sales Assistant. In 2003, they were promoted again to Senior Account Executive, where they managed and administered monthly advertising budgets for clients. In 2010, they moved to St. Jacques Marketing as the Director of Client Service, where they provided strategic client direction to the franchise/consumer marketing efforts of major franchise brands. In 2014, they took on a role as Crossfit Level 1 Trainer at Crossfit Medford, while also taking on the role of Senior Account Executive at St. Jacques Marketing. In 2017, they joined Wodify as Team Lead, Account Management, and Account Manager. As Account Manager, they were responsible for client retention through one-on-one training sessions with customers and answering customer support questions via ZenDesk. In their role as Customer Success Agent, they assisted business owners with the day to day management of their gym by troubleshooting software issues.

Carla Mercurio earned their Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Communications with a Cognate in Business from Richard Stockton College of NJ in 2002. Carla has also obtained additional certifications such as Learning from Failure from LinkedIn in May 2019, Crossfit Level 1 from CrossFit, Inc. in July 2012, and the Google Analytics Certification from Google in December 2022.
