Jillian Costa has extensive experience in the behavioral health field. Jillian began their career as a Family Support Worker at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) in 2006 and later transitioned to the role of Intensive Care Coordinator. In 2011, Jillian joined Woburn & North Andover Pediatric Associates as the Behavioral Health Coordinator, where they played a vital role in coordinating and managing behavioral health services. Jillian was later promoted to the position of Behavioral Health Director. Throughout their career, Jillian has shown a dedication to helping families and individuals in need.

Jillian Costa started their education at Fitchburg State University in 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Jillian'sstudies lasted until 2005, indicating a four-year period of study.

Subsequently, Jillian pursued further education at Cambridge College from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Master of Education degree in Mental Health Counseling. This program focused on their field of interest, providing their with advanced knowledge and skills in counseling individuals with mental health concerns.
