Kenneth Lange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kenneth is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Woba.io, where they are responsible for leading the development of a fast-growing SaaS platform. Kenneth prepares the product roadmap, defines the technical direction, and sets objectives for the product development team. Additionally, they focus on execution and helping their team achieve their goals. Kenneth is also responsible for scaling up the team and preparing the platform for international expansion and enterprise customers.

Prior to their role at Woba.io, Kenneth worked at Sapiens as the VP R&D in the Global P&C and Reinsurance Division. There, they played a key role in the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) process, identifying synergies between product roadmaps and tech strategies to create a unified product roadmap.

Before Sapiens, Kenneth was the CTO at Tia Technology. In this role, they led a development department that delivered award-winning InsurTech products with over 100,000 daily users in 25 countries. Kenneth managed a team of 85 people and oversaw the entire software value stream, including Product Management, UX/UI Design, Software Engineering, and Cloud Operations.

During their time at Tia Technology, Kenneth also held the positions of Director of Engineering, where they launched a new product category of low-code/no-code tools, and Engineering Manager, where they modernized solutions and implemented agile principles. Additionally, they served as the Lead Integration Architect, responsible for designing connectors between Tia Enterprise and third-party systems.

Kenneth started their career at Accenture, where they worked as an Associate Manager in the financial services industry. Kenneth was deployed to client projects and worked in roles such as architect, team lead, and project manager. Kenneth received multiple promotions during their time at the company.
