Maria Gesek is a seasoned photography and media specialist, currently working at WNYT NewsChannel 13 as a Photographer/Editor since October 2019 and at Hudson Valley Community College in the same role since February 2022. Previously, Maria held various positions including Event Host at Saratoga Casino Hotel and Entertainment Tech at Six Flags. With a background in marketing as a Marketing Ambassador at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady, Maria also gained experience in television production as an intern at Open Stage Media. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The College of Saint Rose.
