Grenville Naidu has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Group Manager - HR at WNS since August 2013, Grenville has progressed through various HR roles, including Deputy Manager - HR and Assistant Manager - Global Resourcing Cell. Prior to joining WNS, Grenville was a Manager – Talent Acquisition at Ascent Cyber Solutions Pvt Ltd for a brief period from October 2012 to May 2013. Earlier career highlights include serving as Manager - Institutional Alliances at SEED Infotech from January 2011 to June 2012 and working in the Talent Search Team at EXL Service from May 2006 to June 2010.
