Florencia Alvarez has held various roles in the media industry since 2011. Florencia began their career at Initiative as a Junior Planner and Asistente de Medios. In 2013, they moved to Adlatina as a Redactora. In 2015, they joined Starcom Mediavest Group as a Planner Sr. and Junior Media Planner. In 2019, they moved to Xaxis as a Business Integrator and Business Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined WMX as an Account Manager and Client Partner.

Florencia Alvarez completed their Lic. en Publicidad in Advertising from UCES between 2007 and 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Maquetador web in Diseño web from EducacionIT. Additionally, they hold a Xandr Invest Certificate from Xandr.
