Reed Zabel has work experience as an Agent, Sports Content at WME (William Morris Endeavor) since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Men's Lacrosse Club President and Campus Tour Guide at UC Santa Barbara from September 2016 to June 2019. In 2018, they interned at WME and in 2017, they worked as a Talent Relations Intern at FOX Sports.

Reed Zabel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at The University of Hong Kong, focusing on Politics and Public Administration.
