Max Masius started their work experience as an EZRA Staff Member at Camp Ramah In California from June 2007 to August 2011. They then worked as a Project Search Intern at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center from January 2011 to July 2011. In January 2012, they joined UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center again, this time in the role of Materials Management, and stayed until March 2012. From June 2012 to June 2014, Max worked as Central Files at Fox Century City. Since June 2014, they have been working as an Office Clerk at WME (William Morris Endeavor).

Max Masius attended Village Glen School from 2001 to 2008, where they earned a Diploma. From 2008 to 2011, they studied at UCLA Pathways, but no degree or field of study is specified.
