Stephen Moule currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at W. L. Gore & Associates, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Stephen held the role of Senior Vice President and President of Barnes Industrial at Barnes Group Inc. from December 2019 to April 2023. Stephen's experience in leadership extends back to their tenure at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, where roles included President for the Americas and various leadership positions across North America, EMEA, Europe & CIS, as well as European and UK Managing Director from 2007 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the Sales & Marketing Director at Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd from January 2003 to December 2006. Academically, Stephen earned an MBA from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from Western Sydney University.
