Russ Mitchell is an experienced journalist currently serving as Anchor and Managing Editor at WKYC-TV since January 2012. Previously, Russ held the role of National Correspondent and Anchor at CBS News from February 1992 to December 2011, and worked as Reporter-Anchor at KMOV-TV from March 1987 to February 1992. Early in the career, Russ served as a Reporter at KTVI-TV St. Louis, WFAA-TV, and KMBC-TV Kansas City, Missouri. Russ Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1978 and 1982.
