Eric H. has a strong background in research and development in the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of R&D Innovation at WK Kellogg Co, Eric has held various leadership positions at Kellogg Company, including Global KWS Lead for Food & Pack, Director of R&D for Salty Snacking and Ready to Eat Cereal, and Director of External Partnerships. Prior to their time at Kellogg, Eric gained intern experience in process engineering at The Hershey Company. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
