Joshua Slusarczyk, MBA, serves as the Engineering Manager at WK Dickson & Co., Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at Shield Engineering, Inc., including Construction Materials Testing Manager, Project Manager, and Laboratory Manager, from June 2009 to December 2021, as well as an intern. In project management, Joshua oversaw diverse projects, from small undertakings to large-scale operations exceeding $500,000, with responsibilities encompassing proposal writing, pre-construction meetings, operational oversight, and invoicing, covering over 170 locations throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Joshua earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Liberty University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
