Mike Demaine has a diverse work experience in graphic production and design. Mike started their career at Stimson Lane / Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery as a Production Artist, where they worked on various brands. After that, they joined RMB Vivid as a Production Lead, handling multiple clients and projects across different media. Some notable clients they worked with include Pyramid Ales and Lagers, Jones Soda, and Microsoft. Mike then joined The Creative Group as a Production Artist, gaining further experience in the field. Currently, they are employed at Wizards of the Coast as a Graphic Production Specialist.

Mike Demaine attended Hampshire College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance.
