Chompunut Sricharoen's work experience begins in 2017 when they worked as an Experience Designer at Hencefort. In this role, they collaborated with the interior team to design concepts, theming, and way findings for attractions parks, creative spaces, and museums. They also supervised a graphic design trainee.

In 2018, Chompunut joined Un-titled Lab as a Design Strategist. They worked collaboratively with a design researcher to clarify problems identified through insight research. They also designed tools and strategies for the brand and co-created workshops with the leadership team, external partners, and clients to emphasize brand and customer experience management. They also conducted A/B testing for email marketing and capture overlays. Later, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager, where they partnered with customers to ensure platform adoption and success, established and maintained relationships with key decision makers, and provided strategic advice and guidance. They also served as the Customer Success Operations Manager, where they monitored and tracked processes using Trello, designed new processes to support continuous improvement, and ensured consistent adoption both internally and externally.

In 2020, Chompunut worked as a Business Development Representative for an SMB located in Bo Rai, Trat Thailand. The company specializes in distilling Oud oil and crafting Oud chips.

Most recently, in 2022, Chompunut joined WIZ.AI as a Customer Success Manager.

Chompunut Sricharoen began their education at Srinakharinwirot University in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial and Product Design. They completed this program in 2015. Following that, Chompunut continued their education at Srinakharinwirot University and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communication Design in 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Chompunut has also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received "The Foundations" certification from Iterable. In June 2021, they obtained a Klaviyo Product Certification. More recently, in August 2022, Chompunut acquired certifications in "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training" from LinkedIn and "Introduction to Data Analysis using Microsoft Excel" from Coursera. Additionally, in September 2022, they obtained a certification in "Project Management Foundations: Risk" from LinkedIn.
