Amy Liou Ting Ting has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Amy started their career as an intern at PwC Taiwan in 2015, where they assisted the Cooperate Social Responsibility Department in organizing events and conferences. Amy also proposed and coordinated the first-ever CSR Campus Camp, which increased awareness of CSR concepts among college students in Taiwan.

In 2016, Amy worked as a Sales Engineer at Compitek Corp., where they managed Wafer Fab accounts and developed new sales opportunities. Amy maintained customer relationships and actively sought new business relationships, contributing to a sales revenue of $100,221 USD.

From 2017 to 2020, Amy worked at NALA EMPLOYMENT as a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Their responsibilities included maintaining client relationships, conducting interviews, and facilitating the recruitment process. Amy also worked closely with HR partners and hiring managers to meet client expectations.

In 2020, Amy joined JK Technology as a Corporate Sales Executive. Amy provided IT solutions for both B2B and B2C markets and coordinated projects to ensure they were on schedule. Amy actively generated sales leads through cold calls, inquiries, and meetings.

In 2022, Amy worked as a Customer Success Executive at HeveaConnect, a digital marketplace for sustainably processed natural rubber. Amy collaborated with various teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Currently, Amy is a Customer Success Manager at WIZ.AI. Their responsibilities include analyzing client data to improve their experience and project profitability. Amy owns the overall responsibility for customer onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers. Amy also handles complaints and concerns to enhance the client experience with the company.

Amy Liou Ting Ting attended National Cheng Kung University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2016, they also briefly studied as an exchange student at Singapore Management University, specializing in Business Administration. Additionally, in October 2016, they obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediarie (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower. In May 2022, they received a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
