Timo Schönfeld started their work experience in 2020 as a Personalreferent at Landratsamt Bodenseekreis. Timo then moved on to Witzenmann Group, where they worked as a Personalentwicklung from August 2020 to February 2021. Following that, they took on the role of Leitung des Ferienhelfermanagements from March 2021 to September 2021. Currently, they work as an HR Business Partner at Witzenmann Group starting from July 2021.

Timo Schönfeld attended Pforzheim University from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Personalmanagement.
