Karen Otto is the Senior Partner of Counsel at WittKieffer, specializing in providing executive search services to academic medicine, health sciences, and healthcare clients. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Karen has also served as the Managing Partner of the Academic Medicine and Health Sciences Practice. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Karen worked at KPMG Peat Marwick and KPMG Advisory in executive search roles. Karen holds a BS in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
