Harkiran Kaur has been working in the design field since 2013. Harkiran started their career as a Design Intern at Tata Consultancy Services, then became a UI/UX Designer and Graphic/UI/UX Designer. In 2017, they moved to Amtex Systems as an Associate Senior Designer. In 2018, they joined Cyzerg as a Design Supervisor and Senior UI/UX/Graphic Designer. In 2019, they were appointed as Creative Director at Wits Innovation Lab, and in 2021 they became Director of UI/UX at yCrash. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for creating products to provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users, defining the UX aspects of all web, application and mobile designs, analyzing customer, business, and product needs and requirements with product owners and other related stakeholders, and making strategic design and user-experience decisions. Harkiran has also provided training to teams on graphic materials and guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy in the design.

Harkiran Kaur attended BBK DAV College for Women from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree.
