Janine Roper is an experienced Training Manager at Wits Health Consortium, a position held since April 2010, where responsibilities include executing comprehensive training programs across various employee levels, analyzing training needs, and developing targeted training strategies. Previously, Janine has held roles as a Human Resource Officer and Training Officer at Thomson Reuters, as well as serving as a Senior Analyst. Janine Roper is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) honours in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at UNISA, with prior education including a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UNISA.
