Previous roles include Associate Underwriter at Chubb from March 2021 to February 2022 and experience as Owner & Founder of Ice Barbers, a successful Hawaiian shave ice food truck, which achieved over 300% year-over-year revenue growth since 2017. Nick Lombardi holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Political Science, and Computer Science from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA in Project Management from Louisiana State University.
