Reinoud van Santen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Reinoud began their career as an intern at Rythovius College, where they were responsible for controlling and monitoring the school's ICT infrastructure. After completing their internship, they joined Dutch ViewPoint BV as a Web Developer, where they developed and maintained various web applications.

In 2007, Reinoud founded Funkology, utilizing their expertise in web development and graphical design. Reinoud worked as a Founder until 2015, when they decided to pursue other opportunities.

Reinoud then joined FLXone as a Software Engineer in 2014, where they contributed to software development projects until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Teradata Marketing Applications in the same role.

In 2016, Reinoud joined Mapp Digital as a Software Engineer until 2017, where they continued their contributions in software development.

Since 2017, Reinoud has been working at Withlocals, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Tech Lead. Reinoud holds the responsibility of leading the technical team and contributing to the company's software development efforts.

Reinoud van Santen obtained a Mavo degree from Aloysius Mavo Eindhoven. Later, they pursued a MBO degree in ICT Beheer en Applicatie Ontwikkeling from Regionaal Opleidings Centrum Eindhoven, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Reinoud then attended Fontys / Avans Law School, completing a HBO Minor in Law from 2007 to 2008. Finally, they obtained a HBO degree in Informatie Management & Security from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 2005 and 2009.
