Rachel Neal has a diverse work experience in design and development roles. Rachel worked as a Lead UX Product Designer at Within3 since 2020. Prior to that, Rachel worked at KeyBank as a Digital Consumer & Business Banking Analyst, where they focused on creating better user experiences, conducted user research, and collaborated with other designers. Rachel also worked on digital marketing projects, including designing and developing Key.com support team chat box and creating marketing automation strategies. Rachel also worked as a Freelancer at Rachel Neal Design & Development, where they completed various projects for different clients, including website redesign, logo and branding systems, and print design. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Senior Designer and Designer/Front End Developer at Budget Dumpster, where they collaborated with internal departments, prototyped creative projects, conducted user interface testing, and managed media. Rachel also worked at Collegiate Connection as an Assistant Manager/Lead Apparel Designer.

Rachel Neal earned their Bachelor of Science in Technology with a concentration in Visual Communication Technology from Bowling Green State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in User Experience Design at Kent State University. Additionally, Rachel holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
