Kelly Bavosi has a solid work history, starting from 1998 until the present day. Kelly has held various roles in different companies. Kelly started their career at Catalyst Communications, Inc., where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from January 1998 to December 1998. Then, they moved up to the position of Associate Program Manager from January 1999 to December 2000, and subsequently became a Program Manager from January 2001 to April 2003. From there, Kelly transitioned to Fallon Medica, LLC, initially starting as an Associate Project Director from May 2003 to December 2004. Kelly then became a Project Director from January 2005 to July 2007, and eventually advanced to the position of Senior Project Director from August 2007 to November 2010. Following their time at Fallon Medica, LLC, Kelly joined Within3 in January 2017 as a Director of Client Success. In this role, they remained until June 2020. Kelly then became a Senior Director of Data Analytics from July 2020 to May 2023. Currently, Kelly is working at Within3 as the Associate Vice President of Client Success Enablement & Analytics from May 2023 to the present.

Kelly Bavosi attended The Stuart School of Business in Wall, New Jersey from 2000 to 2002. Kelly obtained a Business Office Professional - Business Diploma during this time.
