Paul Jebely's work experience includes serving as a Visiting Scholar at The Nelson R. Mandela School of Law at the University of Fort Hare. Paul is also the Founder and Chairperson of the Board of Directors at The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Senior Partner at Withersworldwide, where they were the Global Head of Aviation & Marine and Regional Business Leader for Asia. Paul also served on the Board of Advisors and was an Angel Investor at Phya. Additionally, they worked as a Contributing Editor at Chambers and Partners, specializing in Aviation Finance & Leasing. Paul Jebely has also held positions at Semper Paratus Acquisition, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Clyde & Co, Ashurst, and Airfinance Journal, with various roles and responsibilities.

Paul Jebely has a strong educational background and has obtained multiple degrees and certifications. Paul completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they attended York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 2002 to 2005.

In 2015, Paul Jebely participated in the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University. The program lasted from 2015 to 2017 and focused on leadership development for senior executives.

Paul further pursued their education by enrolling in The Citadel from 2019 to 2023. During this time, they are working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Leadership.

In addition to their degrees, Paul Jebely has obtained several certifications. Paul is recognized as an attorney by the Washington State Bar Association and the New York State Unified Court System. Paul is also a Barrister & Solicitor with accreditation from the Law Society of Ontario. Other certifications include Mediator Accreditation (Stage One - 40 hrs) from the HKIAC and being a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
